By accessing or using Omnara, you agree to these terms and to the related policies referenced by the product, including the privacy policy and cookie notice. If you do not agree, you should stop using the service.

Omnara provides tools for processing and organizing uploaded or connected source material, including documents, audio, videos, transcripts, notes, analytics, and AI-generated outputs.

You are responsible for the content you submit and for making sure your use of the service complies with applicable laws, contractual restrictions, and third-party rights.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activities that occur under your account.

If you believe your account has been accessed without authorization, you should contact Omnara promptly through the available support channels.

You may not use Omnara to break the law, infringe intellectual property or privacy rights, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, abuse shared infrastructure, or submit harmful, deceptive, or malicious content.

Omnara may suspend or limit access if usage creates security risk, legal exposure, operational harm, payment abuse, or material violations of these terms.

Paid features may require an active subscription or purchase. Pricing, plan limits, credit allocations, renewal intervals, and payment handling are presented in the product at the time of purchase.

Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions renew automatically until canceled, and payments are handled by Omnara's billing providers. You are responsible for any applicable taxes, chargebacks, or unpaid balances associated with your account.

Omnara may revise these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after updated terms take effect means you accept the revised version.
