How Omnara handles your information

This page explains what information Omnara collects, how that information is used, when it may be shared with service providers, and what choices you have when using the product.

Last updated: April 9, 2026

Information we collect

Omnara may collect account details you provide directly, such as your email address, sign-in identifiers, billing information, support messages, and any files, links, notes, transcripts, or other content you submit to the product.

We may also collect technical information needed to operate the service, such as device and browser details, authentication events, payment status, API usage records, and basic log data related to performance, reliability, and abuse prevention.

How we use information

We use your information to provide the product, authenticate your account, process payments, operate the knowledge and transcription workflows, respond to support requests, and maintain the security and reliability of the service.

We may also use operational data to improve product quality, prevent fraud or misuse, comply with legal obligations, and communicate important service updates related to your account or subscription.

User content and AI processing

When you upload files, links, audio, videos, notes, or other source material, Omnara processes that content to generate product outputs such as transcripts, summaries, concepts, answers, analytics, and knowledge-base records.

Depending on the feature you use, submitted content may be processed by infrastructure or AI service providers acting on Omnara's behalf. Those providers are used to deliver the requested functionality rather than to sell your content.

Sharing with service providers

Omnara relies on third-party providers for core functions such as hosting, authentication, database storage, payments, and optional support chat. Based on the current codebase, these providers may include services such as Supabase, Creem, Deepgram, Supadata, SiliconFlow, and Tawk.to.

Information is shared with those providers only as needed for them to perform services for Omnara, such as storing account data, authenticating sessions, processing subscriptions, generating AI outputs, or enabling support conversations.

Data retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain account history, satisfy billing and legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

Some submitted content or generated outputs may be deleted earlier according to product limits, workspace actions, retention settings, or storage controls available in the application.

Your choices

You may choose what content to upload, whether to use optional support features, and whether to continue using the service. You can also manage cookies through the separate cookie notice and browser settings.

If you want to request account or data-related help, please contact the Omnara team through the support channel or contact address provided in the product.

Policy updates

Omnara may update this privacy policy from time to time as the product, providers, or legal requirements change. When material updates are made, the effective date on this page will be revised.
